In 2005, the company has strengthened its manufacturing activity by absorbing the French company Truchot Laurens. Since 1955, Truchot Laurens has built a deep experience in the field of High Performance Welded-Assembled Valves. The company is specialized in designing and manufacturing all types of stainless steel and special metal valves.
Through these many achievements and references, BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES has then naturally enriched its activity of specialist and designer of Industrial Valves.

History
1986
BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES was founded in Villeurbanne and specialized in the design and manufacture of safety valves, check valves, sight glasses, tank bottom valves, special manufacturing.
Its activity is mainly based in Rhône Alpes with a national coverage through a resellers network.
1991
BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES moved to a new factory, designed and adapted to its activity of manufacturer in Vaulx En Velin.
Upon request of local Chemical Industries, BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES develops an activity of maintenance for all kinds of brands and valves.
Furthermore, a representative and specialized distributor activity is started to better meet the needs of its major customers and partners.
2003
BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES obtains the certification ISO 9001.V2000 for its Designing, Manufacturing, Repairing and Trading Industrial Valves activities.
The ISO 9001 is validated by the 2008 updated standards of AFNOR CERTIFICATION, AFAQ.
2005
BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES absorbs the French company Truchot Laurens, a well-known industrial valves manufacturer.

BOM INDUSTRIAL VALVES entrusts the newly created company “BOM SODECO” with its Distribution activity through a management lease contract.
