One of our client, a major player in the special chemicals field, relied on our expertise for the manufacture of a customized valve.

As a satisfied user of our capacitive ball sampling valve, our client needed to make samples on his new production line CMR classified (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic and Reprotoxic) in a safe environment.

Our client and engineers worked in close cooperation to define the specifications and our design department elaborated a containment box around the sampling valve. The fully tight containment box includes a transparent door and a vent nozzle (CMR gas evacuation and after-sample nitrogen clearing). During the whole operation, the user never comes in contact with neither the product nor the vapours : worker safety and environment safety.

Our client is fully satisfied of this new sampling valve range which totally meets his requirements.

From then on, our range of capacitive ball sampling valves includes the capacitive ball sampling valve with the containment box to safely carry out CMR classified sampling.
